The 2026 RAM Rodeo Tour entry system Central Rodeo League is web based and will allow up to date results and standings on any platform, be it Android or Mac for the Cowboys and Cowgirls convenience. This system is a very proven system that has been used through-out North America. If you currently have a CRL Number it remains the same number with you original log in credentials (user name & password).
TO ENSURE YOU CAN LOG ON TO YOUR FIRST YOU MUST:
1. FIRST STEP ASAP - Email to receive your username and password. (This
will only apply to anyone who had a CRL number in the past) If you
were new to rodeo last year or this year you can open a new
profile.
To enter your first rodeo (after receiving your username and password)
Ø Go onto the RAM RODEO WEBSITE
Ø Go to “RAM RODEO TOUR"
Ø Click on "RULES-ENTER"
Ø Click on "ENTER"

How to Enter a Rodeo Online
Getting entered into the next upcoming rodeo is a simple and straight forward process. If you haven't got your credentials for Rodeo Sports Network, please contact entries@rmillargroup.com.Once you have your credentials, you can follow the steps below to get entered into the next rodeo:

Go to the Rodeo Sports Network website
- Once Logged in Scroll down to the bottom of the first page and click Agree and Continue

One the next screen, find and select the Register button
- Then Select CRL/RAM Rodeo Tour

Select the Rodeo you wish to enter into

Type in your RSN Number, click Verify, then click Add. If you have other contestants you are entering,
complete these steps until you are finished adding all contestants in your buddy group. (After you enter
the first rodeo, your name will be stored in the drop down for the following rodeos).

In selection box 3, select the first event you wish to enter

In selection box 4A and 4B select event preferences

In selection box 5, select the contestant you are entering and click Register>.
If you are entering multiple contestants in this event, repeat this step by selecting each contestant and then clicking Register. - Return to selection box 3 and repeat steps 7-9 for each event you wish to enter.

Once you have entered all events, review the Approved Contestants List to ensure you are entered in all events you wish to participate in. Once you are satisfied, click Finish & Pay.

You are then brought to the confirmation page. Here you will see the total for all the entries you have entered. You
will need the Confirmation Number and the Grand Total to proceed. Copy the Confirmation number for the next
screen. Then enter the GRAND TOTAL at the bottom of the screen and click buy. It will bring you to the stripe
website. You will then enter your information and paste the confirmation number. This will let us know who has
paid. YOU MUST PAY YOUR ENTRY FEES AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. After you pay your fees, you can return to Rodeo
Sports Network and click on the printer to the right side of your entries and print your confirmation number. Please
keep this handy as we will need it if there is a discrepancy with your entry. You can then just logout of the system as
you are now finished with your entry

VET OUTS
Contestants must provide a note from a veterinary for a vet out. They can email it into entries@rmillargroup.com or hand in a copy at the rodeo. Contestants are not able to compete for 10 clear days. Entry fee is refunded only

TORONTO ROYAL FAIR INVITATIONAL RODEO
The top 4 competitors after the Finals in Ladies Barrels, Ladies Poles, Saddle Bronc & Bareback that are in good standing will be invited to compete at the Toronto Royal Invitational Rodeo on Sunday November 15, 2026. Competitors who qualify will be contacted following the Finals.
